About Kristan

If you haven’t guessed it just yet, I’m the youngest child of a proud United States Marine and an Elementary School Teacher. With these powers combined, I credit my parents for my love of adventure, adaptability, discipline and the confidence that keeps me curious and grounded.

My performing career began as a professional Lindy Hopper and Contemporary Concert dancer in bicoastal ventures. I’ve performed via on-camera work and theatre stages including Jazz at Lincoln Center with Wynton Marsalis and Jon Batiste. While living in New York, I performed as a company member of Syncopated City Dance Company, a Vernacular Jazz and Lindy Hop specialized company, in which I was a ‘flyer’ in partnered acrobatics.

I’ve championed quite the nomadic life, living and performing in multiple countries from Warsaw, Poland to England, where I graduated from Trinity Laban Music and Dance Conservatory, to performing in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil as part of the Partners of America Ambassador team.
From interactive art expositions and educational promotional videos in New York to being cast as a dancer in the Academy Award winning movie La La Land in LA, I have come to love the art of storytelling and have developed a genuine knack for helping others uncover and tell their own stories.
Projecting excitement, compassion, exploration, curiosity, surety are not beyond the scope of experience I bring to the global stage of voice acting. Narration such as corporate training videos, e-Learning, documentaries and the like are among my favorite genres to voice and I also enjoy voicing for commercials, phone systems, meditation and fitness apps, nonfiction audiobooks, you name it!
My second love next to all things performing is baking. I consider myself to be pretty awesome at all things dessert. I’m also a Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor and enjoy sharing my love of movement, mindfulness and health in and out of the studio.
